Theo's Treehouse was exactly as described. Beautiful cabin, very well maintained, and super close to downtown. My gbabies enjoyed the hot tub and the skeeball. My husband and I enjoyed our quiet time drinking coffee upstairs in the separate sitting area in the mornings before they woke up. The rest of our time was spent at Turkeybowl watching the gbabies play football. The host was super fast at replying to any questions that I had and he was very nice and accomodating. :) I would absolutely stay again.
Joey had a lovely home that was very close to downtown. There is lots to do in the area and he gives a great list of recommended restaurants and attractions in the area. I loved my birthday weekend in Gatlinburg!

Joey was a fabulous host. He provided all the required information on time and responded quickly to messages. The cabin was spacious, clean, and well organized with all the essentials. It had all high end appliances, comfortable furniture, and was in the perfect location. I would definitely recommend staying here.
