If I could give a higher rating, I would! Exceptional location, everything about the house was amazing - views for miles, we saw over 14 different species of birds, and even saw a black bear walk right behind the house! It was amazing! The only issue we had was the coffee pot not working on the first morning, but Matt told us exactly where to find the back-up brewer, which was a lifesaver! I can't say enough good things about this house or Matt's responsiveness. It was far enough outside of the city to feel like you were in the wilderness, but close enough to town to do things. Everything was well-stocked with regards to dinnerware, glasses, everything needed to cook with, spices, etc. We would DEFINITELY stay here again! (PS, the arcade games and pool table were a hit with the kids when we decided to stay in, and so was the indoor heated pool!) And we rented a minivan, which made it up the driveway just fine, too.

We absolutely loved our stay at Matt’s beautiful house. He had great communication, texting prior to arrival and quickly answered a question I had. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is even better than I imagined. You really don’t need to bring any supplies, just food. Our family loved the games, pool, and hot tub. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone! It’s hard to find a place with a nice view, private pool, and paved roads all rolled into one, but this is it! Thanks for helping us have a memorable vacation!!

We had a great stay at Presley’s Retreat. The cabin was centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. As others have mentioned, the turn onto the road and the driveway can be intimidating, but we managed it in a minivan. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hits of the cabin for our family. I really liked how the pool was on the main level with windows to see in. We had a grandparent on the trip with us, so it was nice that he could be comfortable in the living room and still feel a part of the fun. I appreciated the detailed list of amenities and recommendations for restaurants/attractions/hikes. The cabin is well-stocked with towels, blankets and kitchen equipment. The volume on the multicade is very loud. Our kids were excited to play it, but the sound was a bit overwhelming for the rest of the people in the cabin. I understand that the game systems are designed that way, but just something to be aware of since it’s an open floor plan and the acoustics of a cabin.

The cabin was excellent for our family of 7. It’s located a few miles from town, so you get the full Smokey’s experience while being a short drive from most attractions. We got to see a Bear, Deer, and other wildlife from the front porch. The pool was also a huge plus for the kids.
I hope this place is available next time we visit the GSM! Would love to stay again.

I was blown away by how beautiful the cabin was. Everything was up to date and worked wonderfully. The swimming pool and hot tub were both very clean and well kept. I will be staying again!

Their family thought about your family while building and buying for their cabin. Everything from the youngest to oldest guest was thoughtfully put in place. I will say the baby gate is not the width of the stairs and that’s the only thing I wish they had while we were there. When I say every other thing was thought out I mean it. Thank you! Will stay again.
