My family enjoyed staying in the treehouse. Great view, perfect location to park, and amazing place!
Cabin was exactly as described and totally immaculate. TVs were easy to set up for streaming, lower level had a great couch and game table, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Everything was super clean and nicely decorated. No complaints whatsoever.
Perfect place to stay for a weekend for the 2 of us. Not too big and not too small. Close to Gatlinburg downtown but peaceful and quiet surroundings. Super clean and everything we needed. Would stay here again for sure!
Great stay
We enjoyed our stay at Theo’s Treehouse! This was one of the nicer rental homes we have stayed in, and Joey was quick to respond to our questions. It was great being able to charge our car here and not have to search out other chargers. The hot tub was so nice after long days hiking in the national park, and the kids loved playing skee ball. I did not love the drive up and down to get to the house, but that’s the price you pay for being away from town in the mountains. It was beautiful, and we liked being so close to the park entrance. As other reviews mentioned, downstairs was pretty chilly which is to be expected for a basement, but the kids used all the available blankets and could have used a comforter for the pull-out couch.
