My family and I enjoyed our stay. My kids enjoyed their space, I enjoyed the view and hot tub. We will definitely be booking again for another vacation.
Very nice place - close proximity to main area. Very clean - communication when necessary was very timely and appreciated.
The cabin was spotless and clean. It was the perfect location just outside of the business of Pigeon Forge but with easy access to all the things to do. It was quiet and peaceful. Our family loved the Christmas decorations, the bed on the porch, and the fireplaces in every bedroom! Ricky was an excellent host and checked in often to make sure our stay was great. We will definitely be back to stay here and enjoyed our Christmas family vacation very much!

The cabin was perfect for our family with teens. The game room was a plus, bunk beds were very spacious and the hot tub was clean! It was very easy to get to. The roads to the cabin are windy roads but not hard to navigate at all. Location, location, location!!! We looked at so many cabins before booking this one and this one was perfect for staying close to everything in Sevierville/Pigeon Forge! We will definitely stay here again. Ricky was fabulous with communication from the beginning to the end.
Ricky’s place was perfect for our short family getaway just before Christmas. Very short ride to everything in Pigeon Forge and the cabin was stocked with everything we needed! We asked our kids in the way home what their favorite part of the trip was…they all said “just hanging out at the cabin”! Would definitely stay here again!
